A: For complex custom orders (wedding packages, corporate bulk orders), we provide digital proofs for approval before production. Standard personalizations (names/dates) are produced as ordered.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: Credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, Stripes, and Apple Pay.
Q: Can I modify or cancel my order?
A: Contact us immediately at customersupport@lookatthedesigns.com. We can modify/cancel within 12 hours for custom items, or before shipping for ready items.

Q: How long until I receive my order?
A: Production time + shipping time. See our Shipping Policy for details. Rush production may be available—contact us before ordering.
Q: Do you offer gift wrapping?
A: Yes! Select gift wrapping at checkout. We can also include a personalized note.
Q: My tracking hasn't updated. What should I do?
A: Allow 24-48 hours for tracking to activate. If no update after 3 days, contact us with your order number.

Q: Do you offer wholesale or bulk pricing?

Q: What's your minimum for custom souvenirs?
A: Minimum 25 pieces for custom wedding/corporate souvenirs. Larger quantities receive discounted pricing.
Q: Can you match specific brand colors for corporate orders?
A: Yes, we can color-match with Pantone codes. Additional fees may apply.
RETURNS & SUPPORT
Q: What if I receive a damaged item?
A: Contact us immediately with photos. We'll replace it or issue a refund.
Q: Can I change my customization after ordering?
A: Contact us immediately. Changes may be possible if production hasn't started.
Q: How do I care for my products?
