Refund & Return Policy

Due to the custom, personalized nature of most Lookatthedesigns products, we generally do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was ordered.

Custom Products (Non-Returnable)
The following cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Custom engraved bag charms, keychains, hair claws

  • Personalized bridal packages

  • Corporate souvenirs with logos/names

  • Wedding favors with custom dates/details

  • Any item personalized with names, dates, or specific requests

Exceptions (Eligible for Return)
We accept returns only for:

  1. Damaged Items: If your order arrives physically damaged

  2. Wrong Item: If you receive an incorrect non-custom item

  3. Manufacturing Defects: If there's a clear quality issue

Return Process

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery at returns@lookatthedesigns.com with:

    • Order number

    • Photos of the issue

    • Description of the problem

  2. We will respond within 2 business days with instructions

  3. If approved, we will provide a return shipping label (for defective/damaged items)

  4. Once received and inspected, we will process a refund or replacement

Refund Timeline

  • Refunds: 5-10 business days after we receive the return

  • Replacements: Shipped within 3-5 business days after approval

Exchanges
We cannot exchange custom items. Please review customization details carefully before ordering.

International Returns
Customers outside Indonesia are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error is ours. We recommend using tracked shipping.
