Important Shipping Information

Order Tracking

All orders receive tracking numbers via email once shipped. You can track your package:

  • Directly on our website under "Order Status"

  • Using the carrier's tracking website with your tracking number

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

International customers are responsible for:

  • All customs duties, taxes, and import fees

  • Providing accurate and complete shipping information

  • Any delays caused by customs clearance procedures

We cannot control these charges and do not cover them under our free shipping promotion. Please check your country's import policies before ordering.

Shipping Insurance

Address Accuracy

Combining Orders & Multiple Shipments

  • To qualify for free shipping, your entire order must reach the $35 minimum in a single transaction

  • We cannot combine separate orders to reach the free shipping threshold

  • Large orders may be split into multiple shipments for security and customs purposes

  • You will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment

Shipping Restrictions

Some restrictions apply to international shipping:

  • Some remote areas may have extended delivery times

  • Certain countries may have import restrictions on specific materials

  • During peak seasons (holidays, sales events), shipping times may be extended

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package:
